Bad Universal remote san diego r

See the above? This is what our new client was using last Wednesday to control their television before they met us. Two hours later, this is what they used after we provided them with a new solution.

You may notice that in the pile of remotes at the start of the article, one of those is actually a universal remote. Why would our client need a new universal remote if they have one already? The answer is that all universal remotes are NOT alike. Some brands offered by today's big-box stores claim to operate "everything in your audio/video or home systems". Unfortunately, if you have more than a cable box and a TV, you may find yourself having to use the vast array of remotes at the start of this article just to watch television. Our clients got very used to having to push the "help" button on the unnamed universal remote in the 1st picture because this particular brand frequently misses on controlling today's systems correctly. Fortunately, when we got done, everything worked flawlessly and there was no more need for any form of HELP button.

We offer robust solutions from the companies URC (Universal Remote Control) and RTI (Remote Technologies, Inc.) for a reason. They work...every time. There are other brands on the market that claim to operate today's systems reliably but that fall far short of the mark. To save us from typing 5000 more characters to explain why this is true, our custom integrators would be happy to have a conversation with you to detail exactly why brands like URC and RTI deliver a more reliable experience for your surround sound system or home automation project than any of the big-box retail remote controls. You can also check out our latest video on the URC MX790 below.
